Municipal Court
Court Dates. The
Holts Summit Municipal Court is held on the second Wednesday of
each month at 1 p.m. at City Hall, 245 S. Summit Drive, Holts
Summit, MO 65043.
Prosecuting Attorney.
Renee Godbee is the prosecuting attorney for the City of Holts
Summit. Her office hours are every Wednesday from 1:30
p.m. to 4:00 p.m. You may reach her by calling
