Street Commission
- Shall consist of no more than 5
members and no less than 3 members.
- Citizen members shall serve three year
terms.
Duties of the City Street
Commission of the City of
Holts
Summit,
MO
The City Street Commission shall perform
the following duties:
1.
To prepare and maintain a noncompulsory five-year street
repair and development plan for the City of Holts Summit,
Missouri, and to advise and make recommendations to the Board of
Aldermen regarding the same;
2.
To review and make recommendations on a draft budget
submitted by the City Maintenance Superintendent regarding the
repair, maintenance, or construction of streets, and to submit
the same to the Board of Aldermen no later than October 1 of
each year;
3.
To make recommendations to the Board of Aldermen
regarding the purchase of proposed street lighting on streets in
the City of Holts Summit, Missouri;
4.
To review streets in proposed subdivision plats to insure
conformity with all applicable ordinance regulations regarding
the same, and to make recommendation to the Board of Aldermen as
to the approval or denial of such plat.
